Cannot find Technical Support under Help menu due to no longer exists.
Cause:
The Technical Support command no longer exists in Office 7.0 for Windows 95 applications.
Solution:
Click 'Tech Support...' in the 'About Microsoft <application>' dialog box, where <application> is the name of the application.
1) Select the 'Help' menu and select 'About Microsoft <application>', where <application> is the name of the application. (The About Microsoft <application> dialog box appears.)
2) Click 'Tech Support...'. (The Help Topics: Technical Support dialog box appears.)
3) Select the desired topic from the 'Click a topic, and then click Display. Or click another tab, such as Index.' list box.
Select topic
4) Click 'Display'.
